Executive
Assistant

TITLE: Executive Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: Executive Director

SALARY RANGE: $60,000 – $75,000
BENEFITS: Listed Below
FLSA: Exempt

The Executive Assistant will provide support for the Management Team. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives.  They should be well organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to e-mails on the executive’s behalf.  This individual should be able to draft documents and assist with meeting preparations.

Operations
Specialist

TITLE: Operations Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Operations/Accounting
REPORTS TO: CFO

SALARY RANGE: $62,000 – $70,000

The Operations Specialist assists the retirement plan administrator in monitoring the recordkeeping transactions for participants and employers. This may require investigation and correction of errors and performing periodic procedures required to maintain accurate recordkeeping. This will include a wide range of operational accounting, account analysis, and data/report analytics.

Office
Administrator

TITLE: Office Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: CFO

SALARY RANGE: $38,000 – $45,000

The Office Administrator assists in the areas of Accounting, Client Services, Operations, and general office and administrative support. This position contributes to the logistical and administrative support and helps support the implementation of policies, procedures, events, and processes that support organizational success.
