Delivering on our mission to provide superior services to members, Colorado Retirement Association wants input on how we’re doing.
“CRA conducted market research earlier this year for insights on a global level into how our organization and services are perceived,” said Elizabeth Price, executive director for CRA. “Following up on that initiative, we’ll be working to gather feedback at the field level so we know when we’re delighting members and when we’re missing the mark.”
Member employers may begin to receive invitations to complete a brief survey via email after meeting with CRA staff or periodically as a temperature-check on client satisfaction.
Likewise, employee participants will receive surveys via email after reviewing their plan with a client services manager or attending a group meeting. To encourage participation, CRA will hold prize drawings for participants who complete a survey.
“In the market research, members overwhelmingly recognized us for our level of client service, and we want to make sure we continue exceeding expectations,” said Price.
